Stewart Milne Homes has won an award for it’s development at Regency Place at Countesswells, Aberdeen. The Homes for Scotland Awards 2018 bestowed on them the Private Development of the Year (Large) Award.
The Osprey Housing Group, including Osprey Initiatives, were among the first to invest in the development’s initial phase with fifty-five homes. Our CEO, Glenn Adcook has said:
“Many congratulations to Stewart Milne Homes for this well
deserved accolade. We were delighted to provide the first affordable housing at
this hugely impressive development. Countesswells is a strategically important
site and addresses pressing housing needs in the area. Stewart Milne provided
us with very high quality homes and we look forward to working with them again
in the future.”
John Low, Managing Director at Stewart Milne Homes, said:
“We’re very proud to have been recognised and awarded Private Development of the Year (Large) Award at the Homes for Scotland Awards. Winning such a prestigious accolade is a real testament to our award-winning team who took great care and consideration in the design of the new community at Countesswells.
Osprey Initiatives has eight two-bedroom houses and four three-bedroom houses on the development. They have proven extremely popular and much loved by their residents. If you would like to be in with a chance to rent one yourself when they become available, please register to receive notifications.
